One of the major distinctions between traditional Silk-Screen Printing and Embroidery is (1) the Digitization Process and (2) Price Determination:

THE DIGITIZATION PROCESS:

Embroidery Digitizing is the process of tracing artwork with stitches using software to turn it into embroidery files. Digitizing is transforming pre-existing artwork into an embroidery file, which can run on your embroidery machine, by applying stitches to that artwork in your embroidery software.

All Artwork must be digitized before it can use it for the embroidery process.

PRICE DETERMINATION:

Unlike traditional printing, we cannot provide a final estimate for embroidery projects until we determine the Thread Count for each garment that must be produced.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERED PATCHES:

Custom Embroidered Patches are a great Cost Effective alternative to embroidering a large quantity of garments at one time.  By purchasing Custom Embroidered Patches our clients have the option to place the patches on a variety of garments from hats to shirts as they need them.
